2Payment Processing (Paddle Merchant of Record)

For paid listing placements (such as Fast-Track Indexing, Category Spotlight, or Homepage Hero Banner), payments are securely processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") acting as our Merchant of Record.

• To review, index, and publish submitted AI software listings.
• To verify founder credentials and display verified maker badges.
• To calculate algorithmic match scores in our AI Tool Finder wizard.
• To prevent spam, fraudulent submissions, and bot manipulation.
• To fulfill listing upgrades and customer support requests.

4Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use minimal, privacy-respecting cookies and local storage tokens solely for essential session authentication (e.g. admin login) and to prevent duplicate voting on the daily launch leaderboard. We do not sell your personal data to third-party ad networks.
