1. Directory Services & Use

AI Decision Tool provides software discovery, comparisons, and algorithmic evaluations. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and not to attempt automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or vote manipulation.

2. Tool Submissions & Maker Claims

When submitting software or claiming a tool listing:

• You represent that all information provided is accurate and not misleading.
• You grant Layer Decision and AI Decision Tool a non-exclusive license to display your tool logo, screenshots, and public metadata for directory listings and review purposes.
• We reserve the right to decline or delist any application that contains malware, deceptive pricing, or unlawful content.

3. Paid Placements & Merchant of Record

All paid listing orders (Fast-Track, Spotlight, Hero Banner) are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and returns regarding transactions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI software specifications, pricing models, and capabilities change frequently. All evaluations, benchmark ratings, and reviews are provided for informational decision-support purposes without warranty of any kind.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
